Assess suitability for a mental health care plan. Your clinician may recommend a referral, ongoing monitoring, lifestyle support, or, if deemed medically appropriate, medication.

Get a care plan based on your consultation
Your clinician sets out a care plan based on your consultation, which may include lifestyle guidance, referrals, diagnostics, or, if deemed medically appropriate, a prescription.

After your consultation
If a prescription is issued, you are free to have it filled at the pharmacy of your choice. Referrals, certificates, and forms are made available through your secure patient portal.

Ongoing care and support

Yes. Many patients have overlapping needs. For example, you might need a repeat prescription alongside a referral, or a medical certificate issued as part of a broader consultation. Your clinician will bring everything together into one cohesive approach.
Yes. Emintell Hub is entirely telehealth-based and serves patients in every Australian state and territory. Pathology and imaging can be completed at any accredited facility near you. If a prescription is issued, you can use any Australian pharmacy you choose.
No. Emintell Hub is a women-led clinic that is open to everyone. While our clinical team has a particular interest in women's health, we provide the full range of general practice telehealth services for all adults.
Our services are designed to complement your existing care, not replace it. With your consent, we can send a summary letter to your regular GP after each consultation so your full health picture stays coordinated.
